About the project

Kuhn Edelstahl, a family business with more than 350 employees, is also based in the Bergisches Land region of Germany. Since 1960, the company has been setting the standard in centrifugal casting by manufacturing ready-to-install and highly sophisticated stainless steel components for over 40 different industries. Custom-made solutions are no coincidence, but the result of highly developed manufacturing processes and reliable values. In order to counteract the problem of a shortage of skilled workers in good time and to attract junior staff at an early stage, we developed a personal and innovative trainee campaign for Kuhn Edelstahl in 2015 under the title "Be with us". By using virtual reality glasses with which the company can be observed from within over 360° shots, the newly designed exhibition stand became an eye-catcher at training fairs and Kuhn Edelstahl an authentic employer. In addition to the live measures, we also digitally distributed the campaign and prepared content for facebook and Instagram in a suitable way for target groups. For everyone who is "on the road", there is a trainee car on the streets in and around Radevormwald, which also roams the streets in the look of the campaign.
